Each effect can be locked so it does not change during the next reroll. Each locked effect increases the reroll cost by 5,000. The base reroll cost is 5,000. For example, keeping two effects will make the reroll cost 15,000.
Effect Rarities: When rerolled, effects receive one of the available rarities with the following chances:
Common — 53%; Rare — 26%; Epic — 13%; Mythic — 5%; Legendary — 3%.
